Matching Pair of Edwardian Beds.
Description
A superb matching pair of Edwardian beds in satinwood with fine marquetry and inlay work. The panels of the bed have a central oval sunburst veneer design with floral border and dainty bow design. The foot panels have a subtle curve and both the head boards and footboards have a geometric inlay design frieze below the top rail and are terminated with elegantly tapered feet.
This is a very fine example of the style of the Edwardian era.
These beds accept 3ft 6in wide (42 inch or 107cm) bases and mattresses.
The beds can stand together with zip-and-link mattresses to form an large 7ft wide bed if needed.
