Divan Bases are the modern alternative to a bedstead frame. They are ideal where space is limited or an open aspect is preferable. They come with castors are standard but legs are also an option. Please enquire.
There are many options for drawers within the divan base. These are really only suitable for firm divans because in sprung bases the spring units take a large proportion of the depth. The drawers can be in several configurations, on the side and on the end.
One option is the Continental Drawer configuration with small storage drawers on both sides of the base near the head, allowing space for a bedside table and large storage drawers either side at the foot end of the bed.
